If you are not satisfied with The TestoRise™ System for any reason, you may request a full refund within 10 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team via email before the 10-day period expires.

  • Requirement: Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

3. Refund Processing

Once your request is received and approved:

  1. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Paddle).

  2. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Important Note on Digital Access

Upon processing a refund, your license to use The TestoRise™ System will be revoked. You must delete all downloaded copies of the digital guides from your devices. We reserve the right to deny refund requests from customers who abuse this policy (e.g., repeated refunds).

5. After 10 Days

Requests made after the 10-day window will not be eligible for a refund. All sales become final after this period.
